As of December 2002, the EPBD was passed into law by the European Parliament and adopted in 25 member states (including the UK). The EPBD mandates the implementation of EPCs for all buildings being sold or rented out. This means that property owners in the UK must obtain an EPC to demonstrate the energy efficiency of their property to potential buyers or tenants.
Our assessors are fully qualified and obtain accreditation with ECMK. We work with our clients to understand the EPC they require, and we also offer floor plans for people looking to sell or let their properties. EPCs have the potential to help buyers make the right decisions, by providing them with adequate information.
Floor plans play a crucial role in the marketing and sale of a property by providing potential buyers with detailed information about the property's layout, dimensions, and features, helping them make informed decisions about whether it meets their needs and preferences.
Domestic EPCs assess the energy performance of residential buildings, such as houses, flats, and bungalows. A Domestic EPC is a requirement when looking to market your property for sale or rent.
